Zack served in the United States Marine Corps for four years as a motor t mechanic. During an accident, Zach fell off a large piece of equipment, injuring his shoulder and back.
During his pairing process, Tito gravitated towards Zach like he’d never bonded with anyone previously. This sweet boy made it very clear that he wanted to assist Zach. He helps with daily tasks by retrieving dropped items, interrupting PTS episodes and panic attacks, and providing constant companionship.
